เนินนางพญา(Noen-nangphaya view point) เป็นจุดชมวิวที่ถูกนับว่าสวยที่สุในภาคตะวันออก บนถนนเฉลิมบูรพาชลทิต ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้เป็น Dream destinations จากการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย ว่าต้องไปเยือนให้ได้สักครั้ง เนินนางพญาตั้งอยู่ระหว่างหาดคุ้งวิมาน และอ่าวคุ้งกระเบน สามารถมองวิวทะเล ชมพระอาทิตย์ตกสวยมาก และชมความงามของถนนโค้งเลียบชายทะเลที่สวยงามอีกด้วย 

บริเวณเนินนางพญา ปัจจุบันได้รับการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ ไปหลายส่วนครับ ทั้งตัวถนนและบริเวณจุดชมวิว ถนนบริเวณเนินนางพญานั้น ขึ้นชื่อเรื่องความสวย เป็นถนนแบบสองเลนรถวิ่งสวนกัน และมีการจัดทำเลนจักรยานเป็นสัดส่วนไว้ด้วย ในภาพจะเห็นเป็นเลนสีแดงนั้นละครับ 

 

     บริเวณจุดชมวิวเนินนางพญา สร้างที่จอดรถยนต์ รถจักรยานยนต์ และรถจักรยานไว้ บริการนักท่องเที่ยวด้วยครับ สำหรับทางเดินขึ้นไปยังจุดชมวิวก็ทำเป็นบันไดเดินได้กว้างขวางสะอาดตามากๆครับ สร้างโดยกรมทางหวงชนบท และดูแลโดย องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสนามไชย 

 

     วิวบริเวณเนินนางพญา น้นเป็นจุดที่ตั้งอยู่ริมทะเล ซึ่งเราจะสามารถมองห็นวิวแบบหน้าผาริมทะเล และถนนโค้งสวย ที่เป็นจุดถ่ายทำภาพยนต์โฆษณามาแล้วหลายเรื่อง กลายเป็นภาพติดตาของนักท่องเที่ยวกันไปแล้ว

การเดินทางมายัง เนินนางพญา 

     จากกรุงเทพฯ ขับรถมากทาง มอเตอร์เวย์ มุ่งตรงสู่ชลบุรี แยกเข้าถนน344 ทางไป อ.บ้านบึง ตรงไปยังอำเภอแกลง จ.ระยอง แล้วเขาถนนสุขุมวิท มุ่งตรงไปทางจันทบุรี เลี้ยวเข้าถนน339 ตรงไปยังอ่าวคุ้งวิมาน ขับเลยคุ้งวิมานมาประมาณ 1.5กิโลเมตรก็จะเจอเนินนางพญาครับ (ระยะทางประมาณ 217 กิโลเมตร)
